- It's 1 sachet of macaroni.
- You need of Chiken breast (boneless).
- Prepare 3 of tomato.
- Prepare 3 of red bell peppers.
- It's 3 of scotch peppers.
- You need 1 of big onion.
- Prepare 3 serving spoon of oil.
- You need 1 of & 1/2 tspn.
- It's 4 of maggi cubes.
- It's 1 of onga classic.
- Prepare 1 of tspn curry & thyme.
- Prepare 1 of large green pepper.
- You need 1/2 of tspn black pepper.
- It's of Ginger & garlic paste.
Chiken macaroni step by step
- First start by cutting the chicken breast into strips wash & add into a pot then add the ginger & garlic paste, black pepper & the 1/2 tspn salt & keep the other 1/2 tea spn for latter. Then add in the 1 serving spoon oil & keep frying & stirring for 10 minutes..
- In the mean time wash the tomato, red bell pepper, scotch pepper & onion & turn them into a paste either by grinding or blending, then fry them with some oil & set aside..
- When the chiken starts boiling then add in the maggi, salt & onga followed by the fried tomato paste then cover & allow to cook. When its almost cooked & begins to soften then add in the curry & thyme, & the chopped green pepper the cover again until the water drys out & it cooked then off the heat & serve..
