Ingredients of Chinese Fried Rice

  1. It's 2 cups of cooked Rice (Cooked partially).
  2. Prepare 3 tbsp of Oil.
  3. You need 100 gms of french Beans Cut length wise.
  4. Prepare 1 of Carrot Thinly sliced.
  5. Prepare 1 of Onion Sliced.
  6. You need 1/4 cup of sweetcorn and peas boiled/ frozen/ canned.
  7. You need 1 of small red pepper thinly sliced.
  8. Prepare 100 gms of Cabbage Sliced.
  9. It's 2 of Spring Onions Finely Chopped.
  10. It's 2 of Green Chilies cut lenghtwise.
  11. It's 1 tsp of Ginger Chopped Finely.
  12. It's 1 tsp of Garlic Finely Chopped.
  13. Prepare 1 tsp of celery (must add to get authentic taste).
  14. You need 1/2 tbsp of green chilli sauce.
  15. Prepare 2 tbsp of light Soy Sauce.
  16. Prepare 1 tsp of white vinegar.
  17. You need to taste of Salt & pepper.

  1. Heat up the wok until it starts to smoke. sprinkle a tsp of water so nothing burns..
  2. Add oil now saut celery for 30 seconds throw in green chillies. ginger, garlic and onion cook these for a 1 min..
  3. Add all the vegetables except spring onions and stir fry them for another minute. These should remain crisp..
  4. Now add the sauces,vinegar,salt and pepper..
  5. Check for all the seasoning at this point..
  6. Mix in the rice gently making sure each grains is covered with the sauce..
  7. Chinese fried rice is reasy. Garnish with spring onion and serve hot..
